With the use of our cutting edge software we can give our clients a real 3D experience allowing them to move around their virtual home and to offer them a realistic feel in how proposed designs would work in real life. We can also take pictures of their actual surrounding views and embed in to our software so our clients can get a true to life look at how the views would look like once the building work is completed. This can be a very powerful tool during any planning application, especially when potential objections are raised by neighbours because of fears of being over looked and/or loss of privacy. We have found that in a lot of cases these fears can be proved to be unfounded; our software can often demonstrate this quite graphically to all interested parties.
